It was earlier in the morning hours, just before they switched to the lunch menu. We waited till the switch
with the thought in mind that 'Hey, if we wait for the switch, the food will be fresh, just made and taste
great!'. This wasn't the case. We stood in line, ordered and had to wait about 15-20 mins. Ok, no problem.
It'll be right off the grill. When we finally got our food, my wife opened up her sandwich, the burger inside
had looked like it was ripped into 3 pieces, there was one of the thickest ugliest hairs I had ever seen in food
and the burger was very cold as if it was taken out of a frig. and had warmed up from just sitting on the
counter. This was totally unacceptable. So off I went and took the burger back. Now at the counter, can you
believe it! The cook was upset at ME! for bringing the burger back! Ohhh myyyy GAAAUUUDD! I had to sit and
wait for another burger and while waiting, I saw them having some words behind the counter and looking over
like they were ridiculing me taking the burger back! (and THIS was my favorite place to eat! McDonalds!) Well
after getting the next burger, we had decided this place wasn't safe to eat at and left the remains of
what appeared to be a burger. We had to wonder after all the bitching behind the counter. So we left. Since that
day, almost 3/4 of a year ago, I have NEVER eaten at a McDonalds and most likely won't again. This place,
inside the Wal-Mart on Macleod Trail in the SE of Calgary can

The food sucks! The people serving it suck! And if I had the chance, I'd go in and moon 'em, but I wouldn't
give them the benefit of seeing my ass!
This is a perfect example of how one place can ruin the whole name. It did for me.

"A Major Move"
New in the news! Microsoft plans on a Technical Support Centre with
new $73 million Canadian head office! YES! It seems the old trusty US judicial system
has screwed themselves. Guys, ya just gotta learn when to stop. The new head office is
planned to include a fitness centre and landscaped courtyard. Naturally its also supposed
to have state of the art technology and design for the work space. I feel this will be an
excellent move for Microsoft (and you know, SuckItUpPrincess is always right). This will not
only help to boost economy but it will also add jobs in many area's.
There's been lots of hype previously about Microsoft monopolizing but by examining other
operating systems and applications myself I have found that if it works, stick with it.
Everyone wants software applications and operating systems to be as easy as possible to
operate and to date, Microsoft lives up to those standards. Its not a monopoly, its good
programming for the majority. Sure, everybody pisses and moans about this sucks and that sucks
about Microsoft but what are they usually using? Microsoft products of some sort.. Sooooo
you know what words of wisdom I have next.. :)
SuckItUpPrincess
to all you people dissing Microsoft. If you can do any better, show us.. If it is in fact better,
then you'll be dissed someday.. Everybody's gotta have something to complain about or it
just wouldn't be a fun world.

"Industry within Industry"
Get this... More tax's proposed! heh, does this surprise you? There's a proposed tax on MP3 players AND
blank CD's! This is the scenario. You buy an MP3 player that costs $600 dollars, there'll be $400 in tax's tacked
on top. Say you buy one blank CD, you'll see at least a $1.23 charge on top. Now last I bought a blank CD, per
single CD was under a dollar, so what they're saying is the tax's will be more then the cost of the CD itself!
BAH! Black marketers are going to be having heyday's with all the tax's. The governments just digging their own hole.
What I wanna know is who do we return the bad CD's to that we get on occasion? The manufacturer? Or the Government? They're
both comparable in charges so they should both at the very least cover warranties.
