'In The News' in Toronto there was a 12 year old Mississauga boy who browsed to a
web site that showed him how to build a bomb. After following the web sites instruction
he ended up blowing most of his hand off. It's said that there's nothing in the
web site that would have raised any flags of suspicion of concern. The bomb ended up
blowing off his three middle fingers, most of his palm and nearly his pinkie.
Now you can't blame this on the net. I mean sure its found on the net but its got to be
on paper somewhere first. I believe that the net just makes things more accessible because
there's a lot less work involved in finding information for things since you don't have to
actually research hard books (which would of course detur kids).
